New Trailer: CARS 2, Still Preaching To The Converted | Obsessed …
I recently came across an enjoyable post posted earlier today, by Paul Tamburro, and entitled New Trailer: CARS 2, Still Preaching To The Converted | Obsessed … that I would strongly suggest everyone reads! Here are some little extracts to pique your interest!
I’m still not buying it. Pixar and talking cars? Nope. Not having it. The premise has always sounded so uninspired, so unoriginal, so mediocre of the brand name, so… DreamWorks. I wouldn’t want anything to spoil my Messianic vision of Pixar, now, would I? Thus I am a Cars virgin; didn’t see the first one, and judging from these trailers, I am unlikely to see the second. Michael Caine’s in it, which is a good start.
Reading this started me thinking so I searched for more posts on the subject and uncovered some more interestingposts. e.g. this post by HelicopterScaleModels, posted back in February, over on Helicopter Scale Models:
A Thomas the Tank Engine-style cartoon about a little Helicopter named Budgie, created by the man who was responible for Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles and James Bond Jr. Budgie mistake a radio sci-fi drama for a report on an alien invasion when lightning strike damaged Budgie’ radio and wasn’t repaired properly. This episode is most likely related to real life event when the people in the 60s mistaken a sci-fi radio drama ‘War of the World’ for a real alien invasion news broadcast. Finally, another fantastic article came from Admin over on Conspiracy posted back in January, entitled Budgie the Little Helicopter 2X03 Aliens Have Landed xvid which is also certainly worth a read.
