Reading this post started me off thinking so I googled for some other posts on the subject and found some more greatarticles. i.e. this post by bookjunkie, posted three weeks ago, on Tiny Island:

When we had a drink here I commented that the glass was so pretty and it turned out to be the same one he just got. He was tickled pink, because now I’m malu (Singlish for loose face and embarrassed). It’s cool because it changes colour as the glass gets chilled. The Perrier word comes out in a lovely shade of bottle green. Now I want to steal B’s glass.

Somehow food tastes better when I pick it off his plate and especially if he protests. Don’t waste your money on the gelato here though – it was more sugar than cream. Well, unless you like your gelato more sweet than creamy. It was S$6 for 2 scoops and S$4 if you just have a single scoop.
